Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
Your jewellery is packed with care and delivered with tracking within 4–12 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €4.90 and free on all orders over €59.90.
Can I return my order?
Yes – you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send us a message with your order number before returning anything and we'll tell you where to send it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
My item arrived damaged or wrong – what do I do?
We're sorry! Email us a photo and your order number within 10 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Take your jewellery off before showering, swimming and exercising, avoid perfume and lotions directly on the piece, and store it in a dry pouch. That keeps the gold glowing for longer.
